Registration and deregistration of employees: orderly HR administration and deadlines

Check-in and check-out of employees must be accurate and timely. FEDRA takes over the entire process — from data collection and document preparation to submission in the CROSO system — so you can avoid fines and downtime.

Registration of the employee is done before starting work. We collect from you the employment contract or other basis of engagement, personal data, start date, position code and other relevant information. We check compliance with work rules and internal procedures to ensure records are consistent.

The employee is deregistered on the day of termination of employment. We prepare the appropriate solution (agreement, cancellation, expiration of the fixed-term contract), update the records and submit the deregistration within the deadline. If necessary, we separate certificates and reports for the payment of the last obligations.

During the employment relationship, we process all status changes: contract annexes, transfers, changes in working hours, job title, address or other personal data. Every change is documented and recorded in the system so that the situation in CROSO and the employee's file is identical.

We pay special attention to specific cases such as internships, probationary work, field work and temporary absences. We inform you in a timely manner which documents are required and what are the deadlines for registrations/deregistrations or changes, so that the process remains error-free.

We keep personnel records centrally: contracts, decisions, registrations/deregistrations, confirmations and communication with employees are stored in a digital archive, with clearly defined approaches and retention periods. It facilitates internal and external controls and speeds up HR administration.

A calendar of deadlines and checklists guarantee consistency. For each activity there is a responsible person, a checklist and a 4-eye check. After submission, you receive confirmations and a short report, and all changes are included in the monthly HR/payout review so that the data in the salary calculation is accurate.
