There is no room for error or delay in salary calculation. That's why FEDRA takes over the entire payroll process — from data collection to sending payment orders — and ensures that payroll in Serbia is accurate, coordinated and completed on time, every month.
At the beginning, we set a clear calendar of deadlines, responsibilities and checklists. We collect and validate working hours, overtime and night work, past work, increases based on holiday work, as well as compensation (hot meal, transportation, daily wages). We harmonize everything with labor contracts and your Labor Regulations, so that the calculation of wages is consistent and verifiable.
We carry out net/gross calculations with taxes and contributions (PIO, health, unemployment) according to current regulations. If necessary, we apply specific rules: the difference to the minimum wage, bonuses and benefits, calculation of premiums and incentives. At the end, you get precise recapitulations of labor costs by organizational units or projects.
We process all absences and special cases: annual leave, sick leave, work-related injuries, maternity leave, field work and travel orders. We take care of deadlines and documentation for refunds and notify you in a timely manner if additional proof or record changes are required.
The delivery is complete: we generate invoices, prepare orders for e‑banking and create monthly reports understandable to management. By agreement, we submit PPP-PD applications and take care of the deadlines according to the Tax Administration, so that the entire salary calculation is administratively closed without additional steps on your part.
Safety and discretion are a priority. We apply ZZPL/GDPR standards, access control by roles, "four eyes" checking of critical calculations and a complete audit trail. The documentation is in a digital archive, available to authorized persons 24/7, with clearly defined retention periods.
The transition to payroll outsourcing is quick and painless. We define the "cut‑off" date, download the initial balances, coordinate the codebooks and import formats (CSV/API), and your team receives a short training for data delivery and report review. We usually realize the first calculation within 10 working days from the delivery of complete documentation.
We work in conjunction with the HR administration: CROSO applications and de-registrations, changes to contractual conditions, annexes, decisions and records. If you use time tracking software, we link it to our process so that time and absences are entered automatically and reduce the risk of manual errors.
