FEDRA DOO is a family accounting company that grew out of a small agency and over time became a reliable partner for over 80 companies. Our main activities are accounting, tax consulting and human resources services.
Our goal from day one has been the same: to free up our clients' time for the right things. We handle company formation, process setup, billing, reporting and compliance. Fast, accurate and without unnecessary paperwork.

- 1994
Beginning as a family agency. Focus on proper accounting, transparent communication and company establishment without complications.
- 2010
Growth and specialization. We are adding tax consulting and HR administration (salaries, registrations/deregistrations, regulations), we are introducing "four eyes" internal controls.
- 2023
We are fully switching to e-Invoice and digital archive, introducing automated KIF/KUF reconciliations and deadline dashboards.
